Marquette, MI – September 8, 2021 – The Marquette Area Blues Festival took place this past Labor Day Weekend. The three-day event happened on September 3rd through 5th and featured a wide array of Blues musicians, including James Reeser & The Backseat Drivers, Eddie & the Bluesers, and the Flat Broke Blues Band.
Blues Fest is hosted by the Marquette Area Blues Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting blues music throughout the Upper Peninsula. This year, Blues Fest hosted “Welcome Back to The Blues” on Friday, a free concert for day one of the festival.
