Marquette, MI – April 16, 2021 – Today we wrapped things up with the He Shed She Shed Giveaway! Turns out, it’ll be a She Shed after we selected Kim Nutt from Gwinn as the grand prize winner. She will work with Paul Whitmarsh of Whitmarsh Builders to customize the pre-built framework to make this She Shed her own! Kim registered at Tadych’s Econo Foods in Marquette!
We had Mark Evans and Walt Lindala on air each morning this week taking calls to register semi-finalists for the final selection after they received one of the 160 invites mailed. Each semi-finalist had a specific day and time to call in so their name could go into the running for today’s random drawing.
Each of our five finalists went home with a prize provided by one of our local sponsors. Kim Ketola from Ishpeming registered at River Rock Lanes and won a $75 gift card from Super One Foods. Lucille Scotti of Marquette registered right from her home with our online entry and took home a Michigan Gift Basket from Tadych’s Econo Foods! Sharon Carlson was our Swick Home Services Gold Star Package winner after being one of our Call In registrants and the 195 Gallons of Gas prize donated by Crossroads Mini-Mart and Kountry Korner Shell went to Karen Collins of Negaunee.
