Marquette, MI – December 23, 2020 – Donations for the Christmas is For Veterans have been collected this week! Walter Sullivan and Shari Smith from DJ Jacobetti Home for Veterans stopped by the mediaBrew offices today to pick up the donations.
The donations will be sorted into categories before being available to our local vets. Your donations are giving them a wonderful Christmas this year!
Big thanks to Super One Foods Marquette and Super One Foods Negaunee, Kewadin Casinos, and Household Appliance, Furniture and Mattress Gallery! Super One in Marquette and Negaunee were both collection points this year. Household Appliance went on a generous shopping spree just for our veterans.
Thank you very much to everyone that donated items. We won’t be attending the usual festivities to follow social distancing, but we’re sure it’ll be an incredible day for everyone. This has been a difficult year to say the least, and still so many donations were given, it’s sure to be a wonderful Christmas.
