Marquette, MI – (10/30/19) – JJ Packs is a volunteer-based group that sends low income children in Marquette home with nutritious packs of food on the weekends.
Volunteer Nicole Holder joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today to talk about the organization and how you can be involved as a volunteer or a sponsor. Holder said the group gets healthy and nutritious food to children in need on weekends when schools free lunch and breakfast programs are not available. She added that the program’s overall mission is to help end child hunger in Marquette.
