Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – U.S. Congressman Jack Bergman called in to the Sunny Morning Show today to talk about legislation that will expand options for medical treatment for veterans.
Bergman shared an update about the planned enactment of the Veterans Administration Mission Act and what provisions it contains. He added that it will be put into effect on June 6th, which is also the 75th Anniversary of D-Day during World War II.
Bergman also shared his thoughts on Memorial Day and taking time to remember those who gave their lives in defense of our freedoms.
