Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette native Evan Bonsall joined the Sunny Morning Show today to talk about his interest in government and why he is running for a seat on the Marquette City Commission.
Bonsall talked about why he has been involved in political efforts at an age when many are not remotely interested in the process at all.
He explained that he has had a long-standing interest in government, and has worked on campaigns and has served on committees in the City of Marquette since he turned 18.
Bonsall, a 2015 graduate of Marquette Senior High School, and graduate of Harvard this year, said he feels there is a strong sense of urgency in the current political climate that is spurring him, and his contemporaries, to enter the world of government and politics.
