Marquette, MI – August 6th, 2016 – In the U.P., we’re fortunate enough to have access to some incredible rock and mineral formations, and this past Saturday, the 41st Gem & Mineral Show was held in Ishpeming, MI. Todd Paz sat down with Charlie Richardson, President of the Ishpeming Rock and Mineral Club to discuss the event.
The show took place at the Ishpeming Elks Club Hall, and it started at 9:30 am and went until about 4:30 pm. There were a number of different events at the show, such as a silent auction, displays, and even a kids play area! Also on hand were many rock and mineral dealers, so you could find something amazing for your home if you were looking for a new addition to your decor!
