As a freshman at Northern, the new Jamrich building has become my second home. It’s my favorite building on campus. Apparently, I’m not the only one. Admirers of the building filled the John X. Jamrich Hall Dedication Ceremony. Speakers, including Senator Tom Casperson, kept the crowd laughing – remembering the old Jamrich Hall and pointing out their favorite features of the new Jamrich Hall. The most honored speaker, though, was Dr. John Jamrich himself! Dr. Jamrich said, “it is a deep honor to see my name on such a building.” The new Jamrich Hall really is spectacular.
