MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Marquette man has been arraigned on two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in connection with a case involving a minor female.
Joseph Bingham, 23, was arraigned in Marquette County District Court today on one count of 1st Degree C-S-C and one count of 2nd Degree C-S-C involving a child under the age of 13.
According to police documents, the alleged incidents involved the same female and happened in October of last year and also in 2007 and/or 2008.
Bingham faces a preliminary hearing in the case on July 22nd and he is currently free on bond.
