Marquette, MI – December 9, 2025 – The Economic Club of Marquette County has their next regular monthly dinner meeting this coming Monday evening in Marquette.
Econ Club President Joe Thiel joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today to talk about the dinner.
Thiel said the evening will feature Karen Kovacs, who is City Manager of Marquette, and will be at the Holiday Inn in Marquette.
Kovacs has held the City Manager position since 2021. She previously served as City Administrator of the City of Milan, MI, and worked with Plante Moran advising local governments.
The meetings begin with a social hour at 5:30pm. That is followed by dinner at 6:30pm and the speaker at 7:30pm. Thiel added that the meetings are open to the public, and you can find out more by visiting the Economic Club of Marquette County’s website.
