Marquette, MI – January 10, 2025 – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter is presenting an evening of comedy to “Raise The Woof“ to benefit the shelter.
UPAWS Fundraising Coordinator Nic Conroy spoke about the evening with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Conroy said the event is at the River Rock Lanes & Banquet Center in Ishpeming on Friday, January 17th and will feature national comedians Mike Brody and Aron Woldeslassie.
He explained that Raise the Woof is a group of comedians committed to raising money and spreading awareness for animal rescue.
Conroy said doors open at 7:00 pm and the show starts at 8:00pm. Cocktail and light appetizer service available and there will be a 50/50 and some great bucket raffles!
Advanced tickets are $25.00 each or two for $35.00. At the door, all tickets are $25.00.
