Marquette, MI – October 16, 2024 – Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is rolling out a plan from the Harris-Walz campaign he says will improve the lives of rural voters.
The effort is part of Vice President Kamala Harris‘ campaign strategy to cut into former President Donald Trump’s support in rural communities.
Governor Walz spoke about the plan and more with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Walz said the plan focuses on improving rural health care access in rural and tribal areas and includes a series of economic and agricultural policy priorities.
He also shared some of his thoughts on the perspectives he brings to the Harris campaign on a national stage from his background in rural politics in Minnesota.
