Marquette, MI – May 24, 2024 – As the season for spring cleaning is here, Recycle 906 and the Marquette County Solid Waste Management Authority are getting the word out about what you can and can’t recycle or discard in your regular trash.
Stannard talked about lithium-ion batteries and other particular items that need to be collected in specialized ways and not just put in the trash or recycling bins.
He also shared some good rules of thumb to keep in mind as you do any large cleanup or remodeling projects and need to get rid of a lot of related waste.
