Marquette, MI – October 17, 2023 – The City of Marquette is participating in a statewide Early Voting Pilot Program and getting the word out to registered voters in the city.
Marquette City Clerk Kyle Whitney outlined the effort with Mark & Walt in the Morning.
Whitney said that in addition to absentee voting, under the program, voters will have the option of casting an early ballot in the days leading up to the November 7th election.
He added that the Peter White Public Library, located at 217 N. Front Street, has been selected as the early voting site and it will be open Thursday, November 2nd to Sunday, November 5th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
