Marquette, MI – April 5, 2023 – Mixed precipitation and areas of dense fog are causing some issues this morning on roads around Marquette County. The National Weather Service Office in Negaunee Township says a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Marquette County until 8:00 o’clock this morning.
Additional snow accumulations of up to a half inch and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch are possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will also continue through the morning.
Drivers should slow down and use caution while traveling.
