Marquette, MI – February 9, 2023 – The U.P. 200, Midnight Run and Jack Pine 30 sled dog races are coming up next week.
Anthony said the trails are in good condition, final preparations are underway and all race events and activities are in motion for the weekend.
He explained that the events officially kick off on evening of Friday, February 17th at 6:30 with the Opening Ceremonies in Downtown Marquette followed by the first musher team out of the gate for the U.P. 200 at 7:00 p.m.
That will be followed by the start of the Midnight Run at 8:30 p.m.
