Marquette, MI – October 3, 2022 – The Marquette County Ambassadors recently traveled to Lansing to meet with state legislators and discuss economic issues important to the county and surrounding region.
Myers said that the LSCP tracks legislation that impacts Marquette County and coordinates the trips to Lansing twice a year.
She added that the meetings between lawmakers and the coalition of economic development partners help to increase the opportunities for major economic development wins for Marquette County and Upper Michigan.
