Northern Michigan University Presidential Search Down To Four Finalists

Marquette, MI – September 14, 2022 – Northern Michigan University has narrowed down the list of candidates for the next President of the University.

Following an extensive search, four candidates will be visiting Northern’s campus between this Thursday and next Thursday.

Chris Greer, Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students at NMU, and Chair of the Presidential Search Advisory Committee, spoke about the process to find the next NMU President today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

Greer said each finalist will visit campus for two days of meetings with groups and individuals from the campus and Marquette communities.

The NMU Board of Trustees will interview candidates the week of September 26th with an announcement to follow.
