Salvation Army Family Stores Serving The Central U.P.

Marquette, MI – May 4, 2022 – The Salvation Army is getting the word out about their family stores in Marquette and Escanaba and how they help to benefit the Central U.P.

Cari Detmers, Director of Development with the Salvation Army of the Central U.P., stopped in an spoke about the stores and more today with Mark & Walt in the Morning.

Detmers said a Grand Opening for their Escanaba location is underway this week and it is the latest in the SA’s regionalizing of their storefront operations across the area.

She added that the Marquette Salvation Army store has helped to serve as a model for similar operations, including the updated store in Escanaba.
