Marquette, MI – February 7, 2022 – The Lake Superior Community Partnership and the City of Ishpeming have entered into a collaborative agreement with the Partnership providing economic development, marketing, and administrative support to the city.
Jansen said the agreement will implement a new capacity-building model offered by the Partnership to address economic development shortfalls identified by communities in Marquette County.
The contracted services to the City of Ishpeming will continue for a year.
