Marquette, MI – January 6, 2022 – State Senator Ed McBroom says 2021 presented some unique legislative issues and challenges, but also had some good successes as well.
McBroom shared some reflections on 2021 earlier this week on Mark & Walt in the Morning.
The Dickinson County Republican discussed the reactions to the report of the investigation into possible fraud and wrongdoing in the 2020 elections in Michigan by the Senate Oversight Committee, which he chairs.
McBroom also talked about the legislature and Governor Gretchen Whitmer being able to pass a substantive budget in relative quick and agreeable manner.
He finished up with a look ahead to some of the legislative issues he is focused on to tackle in 2022.
