Marquette, MI – September 21, 2021 – State Senator Ed McBroom shared an update on several pieces of legislation today.
He also talked about legislation he authored that was just signed into law by Governor Gretchen Whitmer that allows for expungement of a first-time charge of Operating While Intoxicated after a period of years.
McBroom also outlined his involvement in helping to get legislation by State Representative Sara Cambensy of Marquette through the Senate that will return a second judge to Marquette County’s 25th Circuit Court.
