    Baraga – Christmas in July will be offered Wednesday, July 20 through Saturday, July 23 at Baraga State Park in Baraga.

    Wednesday events are traditional Native American Games for kids at 5 p.m., and Native American Crafts and Culture with an opportunity to make your own tepee and learn about Ojibwa culture at 7 p.m.

    Thursday events are Black Bear vs. Polar Bear, an opportunity to learn the difference between the two species of bears at 5 p.m., and wildlife biologist Bill Scullion speaking on wildlife in the area at 7 p.m.

    Campsite decorating begins on Friday. Christmas cookies and crafts will be offered at 6 p.m. in the pavilion. Marshmallow showmen will be roasted at 7:30 p.m. and caroling around the campfire will begin at 8 p.m.

    Saturday events begin with Christmas Crafts from 9 to 11 a.m. Bike decorating will held at the pavilion at 1 p.m. followed by the Bike Parade at 2 p.m. Photos with Santa will be taken at 2:30 p.m. A Holly Jolly scavenger hunt will be at 4 p.m. Natural Christmas Decorations will be made at 7 p.m. followed by Deck the Halls at 9 p.m. with the campsites decorated and lit up for judging.
