Marquette, MI – (mediaBrew Communications) – Michigan’s Lieutenant Governor, Garlin Gilchrist, joined Mark & Walt in the Morning today during his tour of the Upper Peninsula.
Gilchrist talked about the tour as well as some of the meetings he’s had and tours he’s taken of businesses in the region and how they fit into the future for Michigan.
He also spent some time discussing the ongoing budget negotiations between Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer and majority Republican leadership in the State House and Senate in light of just under one billion dollars in funding cuts enacted by the Governor’s recent line item vetoes of the budget as presented by the chambers.
