Marquette, MI – (mediaBrew Communications) – The Marquette City Commission will be taking up the issue of recreational use of marijuana at their regular meeting tonight.
Marquette City Manager Mike Angeli joined Mark & Walt in the Morning to talk about the Commission having the first reading of a proposed ordinance governing the adult recreational marijuana use, cultivation and sale within the city.
Angeli said the Commission is expected to set a public hearing on the proposed ordinance for their next regularly scheduled meeting, slated for October 15th.
Tonight’s meeting begins at 6:00 o’clock at Commission Chambers at Marquette City Hall on Baraga Avenue.
