Delta County, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident last night in Delta County.
Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the accident around 6:45 p.m. on County 513 T Road near the Little Bay de Noc Campground.
Reports say a vehicle, driven by 85-year-old Orville Pederson of Rapid River, crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming vehicle driven by 69-year-old David Hanes, also of Rapid River.
Pederson was airlifted to UP Health System – Marquette for treatment while Hanes and a passenger were hospitalized in Escanaba.
There is no word on their conditions at this time and the accident remains under investigation.
