GLR News Update

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Traffic on a portion of Washington Street in the City of Marquette is being periodically stopped over the next week.

The temporary shutdowns will be between Lincoln and Seventh Street to allow access for trucks working at the Liberty Way construction site.

The hauling will occur during weekdays between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Workers with flags will be posted on Washington Street to direct traffic and stop cars.

Similar work is expected to occur in the area between June 1st and June 20th.
