Ford River Township, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Delta County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on M-35 in Ford River Township.
Deputies say the vehicle left the road around 5:40 a.m. and struck a utility pole and knocked electrical lines onto the roadway, causing it to be closed for about an hour.
The driver sustained minor injuries and was arrested on narcotics charges and lodged in the Delta County Jail.
His name is being withheld, pending arraignment.
