Chocolay Township, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A two-vehicle accident today in Chocolay Township injured two people.

The accident happened just after noon on US-41 near Vera Street.

Chocolay Township Police say a vehicle, driven by 61-year-old Mary Dyer of Harvey, was waiting to turn left onto Vera Street when it was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by 43-year-old James Goriesky of Marquette.

Goriesky was found at fault.

Both drivers sought their own medical treatment for injuries.
