Gwinn, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Forsyth Township man currently jailed on a charge of 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct is facing further charges.

52-year-old Cory Steven Pierce of Gwinn now faces five additional counts of Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material and five additional counts of Using Computers to Commit a Crime.

The warrant was issued by the Marquette County Prosecutor after the investigation into Pierce’s arrest on July 27th for having inappropriate contact with a female under the age of 13.

During that arrest, authorities found computer equipment used to get a search warrant for the home.

Additional computers and storage devices containing the child sexually abusive material were found, which led to the additional charges.
