Munising, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – An Alger County man has been found guilty of six counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct following a bench trial.
39-year-old Matthew Jaqua of Chatham was found guilty on all counts of first degree C-S-C against a family member.
The verdicts were handed down in Alger County Circuit Court yesterday evening.
Sentencing has been scheduled for September 19th. Jaqua faces up to life in prison on each count.
