Gladstone, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Gladstone City Commission is seeking to select an interim City Manager.
The Commission this week voted unanimously to not renew the contract of Darla Falcon, who had served in the position for the last six years.
Under the contract agreement with Falcon, her employment was terminated upon the vote by the Commission to not renew the contract.
Falcon previously served as Assistant City Manager and City Treasurer.
Reports say the Commission felt Falcon was not leading the city they way they thought it should be and they did not have faith in her leadership.
