MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Island Resort & Casino has gotten involved with online gaming.
A virtual “play-for-free” casino, newly integrated with the real world tribal gaming operation located in Harris, Michigan launched earlier this month.
The online gaming was developed through a partnership between Island Resort & Casino and Las Vegas based gaming developer, Aristocrat Technologies. The agreement makes the Hannahville tribe’s casino the nation’s first tribal gaming operation to contract with Aristocrat’s “nLive” virtual casino.
Gamers can play at the Island Resort and Casino site anytime-at their desk on their computer, laptop, or on the go with their mobile device.
The virtual casino offers multi-player Texas Hold ‘em poker as well as slot games and multi-player skill-based games. The site at casino.islandresortandcasino.com went live early in October.
