Bessemer, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – State Police at the Wakefield Post arrested two people this week after a meth lab was discovered during an investigation into a stolen vehicle.

Troopers located the vehicle that had been stolen in Arizona at a residence in Bessemer on Monday.

While Troopers were arresting two suspects, 35-year-old Matt Lander and 28-year-old Lisa Olivas, they found a meth lab in the residence.

Troopers say several children were at the residence at the time as well.

The two were arrested for Unlawfully Driving Away a Motor Vehicle and are facing other possible charges related to the meth lab.

Authorities say other arrests may happen as the investigation continues.
