Marquette County, Michigan – October 30, 2018 – It’s Halloween tomorrow, which means……*drum roll*…….TRICK OR TREATING!
Make sure you have the costumes out and ready for the kids (and maybe yourself?), have a special bag to put all of those treats in, and get hyped up because WHO DOESN’T LOVE CANDY?
I know my son is super excited to be a glow-in-the-dark skeleton this year, and my nephew is pumped to be a dragon. SO cute.
It’s looking like we’re going to have beautiful weather, too!
I’ve called around and I’ve found out the trick-or-treat times for most of the U.P. (see below).
REMEMBER- Be extra careful when driving home from work or wherever tomorrow (Halloween evening), as there will be children and families galore out there taking part in trick-or-treating or other Halloween events going on. And as all of you fellow parents know, you can tell kids to be careful and watch for cars until you’re blue in the face, but it’s Halloween, and they are uber excited, so that may slip their mind. It takes a village, so let’s all be on the lookout for excited trick-or-treaters!
Also, if you’re giving out candy, it would be good idea to keep your porch light on so kids know you have candy to give and are waiting to see those costumes!
