Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – This week on our regular “Y Wednesday” update, YMCA Philanthropic Leader Carole Pence joined the SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike to talk about the capital fundraising efforts now underway at the Y.
Pence explained that the funds will go to Phase II of the expansion of the Marquette facility, which will include a running/walking track, concession stand, and an oversized gymnasium featuring two new basketball courts.
She added that anyone interested in contributing can do so online at the YMCA of Marquette County website.
