Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Peter White Public Library in Marquette is moving ahead with renovations to the building and other updates following a successful series of voter-passed ballot proposals for funding.

Library Director Andrea Ingmire joined the Sunny Morning Show this week to talk about the facility upgrades, program updates and more.

Ingmire said following the passages of several ballot measures in areas in Marquette and adjacent townships, the library is on solid financial footing into the near future.

She added that several parts of the library that have been renovated will be officially open soon for all to come and check out.
