Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Gwinn Area Community Schools Acting Superintendent Karen Anderson joined the SUNNY Morning Show to give an update on what’s happening in the district.
Anderson outlined some key dates for the end of the school year for the students including graduation and the end of the academic year.
She also talked about the efforts involved in the re-opening of the Gilbert Elementary School and the expected timeline for the building to be fully operational.
Anderson also touched on a pair of millage requests going before voters in the district in August and what the generated funds would go for.
