Musicians Joining Forces In Marquette To Help Out Big Brothers/Big Sisters

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A great night of music is happening this Friday night in Marquette to benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marquette & Alger Counties.

The Scene and Reheard Ugly Christmas Sweater Party & Musical Extravaganza is happening at 8:00 p.m. at the Marquette Elks Lodge at 127 N. Front Street.

Jayne Letts, Exec. Dir. of BB/BS of Marquette & Alger Co., and musicians Scott Kirtley and Dean Moilanen joined the SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today to talk about the evening.

Moilanen said the event is open to all to attend and all proceeds raised will benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Letts talked about the specific programs that the agency offers that will be helped out by this event and how you can find out more.

Kirtley explained how this event is the latest in series of nights of music that bring some long time players back to Marquette and brings new bands into the fold all for a good cause.
