Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The YMCA of Marquette County is looking for new participants for the LIVESTRONG Program.
Christina Bennett, Healthy Living Leader at the Y, joined the SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today for Y Wednesday to talk about the program.
Bennett explained that the LIVESTRONG program is designed to assist cancer survivors with multi-level approach to well being.
She said the free program takes into account exercise, diet and mental wellness in a 12-week plan to make cancer survivors stronger and healthier.
Bennett added that the Fall 2016 sessions are starting soon and now is the time to sign up.
