Lisa LaBar, Physical Therapist in the ACTIVE Physical Therapy Marquette office, joined the SUNNY morning Show with Walt & Mike today to talk with Mike Plourde about the effectiveness of using physical therapy regimens to keep headaches at a minimum.
She explained that there are several types of headaches and they can use a wide variety of techniques to address them.
LaBar added that physical therapy is a good choice for someone who may not want to use strong medications and chemicals if they are suffering from a headache.
