MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Marquette County Fairgrounds will be full of rodeo excitement this weekend as the Great Lakes Rodeo returns. This three-day event features traditional rodeo activities and more.
There will be a barn dance on Saturday night at 9 featuring Jackpine and plenty of things to do for all ages!
Jesie Melchiori, Rodeo Director, joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today to preview the event.
She explained that the Great Lakes Rodeo features contestants and attendees from around the region.
She also explained that the Great Lakes Rodeo works to raise money for programs that benefit young people here in Marquette County.
