Marquette, Michigan – Lynette Suckow of the Peter White Public Library discussed Genealogy Online resources workshop to help you find family ancestors on the Internet and introduce the use of several websites as sources of genealogical information and delve deeper into FamilySearch.org. This workshop will be held Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the Shiras Room at Peter White Public Library, led by Laurie Johnson, Marquette County Genealogical Society. Call 906-226-4312 to register. Personal laptop computers are welcome. Participants should know how to operate a computer or bring an assistant along.
An introductory workshop is open on April 2nd 10a-Noon as well as 6:30p-8:30p. The April 11th workshop at 6:30 will feature a more advanced selection of genealogy topics, and the April 26th workshop will specialize in Finnish Genealogy resources.
