MRHC Marquette County Collects

Marquette, MI – September 24th, 2016 – The Marquette Regional History Center’s Jo Whittler returned to the 8th Day with Todd Paz to talk about the “Marquette County Collects” art exhibit that was recently opened for display at the Marquette Regional History Center.

The history of the Upper Peninsula is preserved by many wonderful residents, and the MRHC holds the annual Marquette County History exhibit to display many of these artifacts. Everything from classic telephones, flashlights, local art, and many other items will be open to view by the public until the end of the year.

Jo Whittler talked about all the cool, unique pieces of local and national history that visitors are able to see, and many of the displays are from the early 1900s.  If you’re someone who’s interested in history, see the Marquette County Collects art exhibit at the Marquette Regional History Center!
