Marquette, Michigan – Listen to Joe of Sunny overnights as he tells his personal story the 2016 Noquemonon Ski Marathon this last weekend. An avid summer cyclist, skiing keeps Joe in shape through the long winter months when cycling in the Upper Peninsula simply isn’t an option. To build his endurance, and give his aging Husky-mix dog (“mutt”) a chance to keep up with him, Joe fills his backpack with weighty textbooks before hitting the ski trail.
