In its third year of existence, the 100DayProject seeks to awaken, nurture and sustain our creative spirit though the cultivation of small daily acts for 100 days.
This year’s 100DayProject will begin on Jan. 22 and end 100 days later on April 30. During this time, participants are encouraged to explore and experiment with any creative medium of their choice. New this year is the implementation of a theme, Across the Lake, exploring connection and relationship. This year’s partnering organizations include the Gaylord Area Council for the Arts, the Grand Marais Art Colony in Minnesota and the City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center.
An informational session with additional details about the 100DayProject, how to get involved and tips for success was held on Saturday, Jan. 9 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center (located in the lower level of the Peter White Public Library).
