Congratulations, Gary and Kathy Tresedder, owners of Buster’s Ice Cream Parlor in downtown Negaunee

Negaunee, MI July 5, 2016 – Negaunee has a new ice cream shop downtown. Owners Gary and Kathy Tresedder opened Buster’s Ice Cream Parlor just in time for the Fourth of July and Pioneer Week festivities. Named for Kathy’s ice-cream loving father, Buster’s is a welcome addition to downtown Negaunee.

It’s always nice to see an older building in the downtown area get refurbished. Great job!

The building looks great, too. With a little facelift, some bright colors, and even an old-fashioned clock on the face of the building, the Tresedders did a great job breathing life back into the building at the end of Iron Street.

Located at the end of Iron Street right near the Heritage Trail, Buster’s is perfectly situated for families utilizing the trail system or the nearby park. Co-Owner Gary Tresedder hopes to install some new coolers soon for energy drinks and healthy snacks for athletes using the trails.

In addition to their daily specials, the ice cream shop also boasts a special frozen treat to help your pooch beat the heat – a Frosty Paws sundae garnished with a Milk Bone! They’re open daily noon to 10 pm, so make the trip to downtown Negaunee and cool off at Buster’s Ice Cream Parlor.
